Job Title: Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:
Dermatology Associates is looking for a motivated Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join the practice’s human resources team. In this role, you will coordinate recruiting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, including clinical and non-clinical staff. You will be involved in finding candidates, conducting initial screenings, supporting the hiring process, coordinating employee onboarding, and promoting our practice mission & culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare, great communication skills, and a passion for ensuring that our practice is staffed with top talent to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or background in healthcare (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally within a healthcare environment (preferred but not required). Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with healthcare recruitment, including licensure and credentialing requirements.
  • Experience in recruiting for healthcare or medical practices (nurses, medical assistants, billing & insurance employees, and clinical support staff).
 
Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
